At CartFly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive an item that doesnβt match your expectations, we offer a simple and flexible exchange process.
Please read our exchange terms carefully.
π¦ 1. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
β You received the wrong product
β You received the wrong color, size, or model
β You want to exchange for another available product
β The product is unused and in original condition
To qualify:
- Request must be made within 24β48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Provide photos or video (unboxing recommended)

β 2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Electronics with scratches, dents, or installation marks
- Personal care items (earbuds, grooming tools, trimmers, etc.)
- Clearance or flash-sale items
- Pre-ordered imported items
- Hygiene-related products (masks, nose clips, sprays, etc.)
π 3. How Exchange Works
If your exchange request is approved:
- You will return the item to our address or through courier.
- After receiving and checking the product, we will ship the replacement.
- If the requested alternative product has a price difference, you must pay or will receive the refund of the difference.
π° 4. Exchange Fees
- If the mistake is from CartFly (wrong product, damaged, faulty):
β€ Exchange is free, and we cover return shipping. - If the customer wants to exchange for personal reasons:
β€ Customer must pay the return shipping cost and any additional delivery charges.
β± 5. Exchange Processing Time
- Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2-4 working days
This time may vary based on product availability.
π· 6. Required Proof
To ensure a smooth exchange, please provide:
- Unboxing video (highly recommended for electronics)
- Clear photos of the product
- Order ID & phone number
π 7. Condition for Exchange Approval
Your exchange will be approved only if:
- The product is returned in original condition
- Packaging is intact
- No signs of use, wear, or damage
- All included items/accessories are present
If the product fails the inspection, exchange will not be approved.
β Important Notes
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If the replacement is not available, you may choose another product.
- COD refusal may affect future COD eligibility.
